Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1973.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Schedule 3 (Prescribed persons)

2.1 After Item 16, insert:

“16a Staff member of the Australian Federal Police”.
