Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2
Amendment
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement
1. These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 21 March 1990.
Importation of goods from the Republic of South Africa
2. Regulation 4q of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended:
(a) by omitting from subregulation (2) “or Namibia” (wherever occurring);
(b) by omitting from subregulation (2) “or Namibian”.

Schedule 7a
3. Schedule 7a to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended:
(a) by omitting from the heading “OR NAMIBIA” (wherever occurring);
(b) by omitting from the heading “OR NAMIBIAN”;
(c) by omitting from item 4 “Namibia or”.
