Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Prohibition against export except with approval of Minister of State for Arts, Heritage and Environment

1. Regulation 13a of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulations (1) and (2) “Minister of State for Home Affairs and Environment” and substituting “Minister of State for Arts, Heritage and Environment”.

Twelfth Schedule

2. The Twelfth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the heading “MINISTER OF STATE FOR HOME AFFAIRS AND ENVIRONMENT” and substituting “MINISTER OF STATE FOR ARTS, HERITAGE AND ENVIRONMENT”; and

(b) by adding at the end the following item:

“7 Lithographic stones that have been used in the production of postage stamps in Australia”.
