Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 February 1985.

Prohibition against export except with approval of Minister of State for Trade

2. Regulation 12 of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “and Resources” (wherever occurring); and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “and Resources”.

Tenth Schedule

3. The Tenth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
