Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Prohibition against export except with approval of Minister of State for Primary Industry

Regulation 5 of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (3) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

“(3) An export permit that is in force under orders in force under the Export Control (Orders) Regulations in respect of goods specified in Item 15 in the Third Schedule shall be taken to be an approval in writing issued under sub-regulation (2) for the exportation of the goods.”.
