REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Health Act 1953.

Amendment of the National Health Regulations†

Prescribed amount for purposes of sub-paragraph 57b (2) (b) (ii), clause 73c (3) (a) (ii) (c) and paragraph 82d (4) (b).

Regulation 20ba of the National Health Regulations is amended by omitting the figures “ $5.90 ” and substituting the figures “ $6.20 ”.
