REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1965.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953-1965.

Amendments of the National Health Regulations†

Fees and allowances of members of Committees.

1.—(1.) Regulation 23 of the National Health Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2.) the words “ Eight pounds eight shillings ” and inserting in their stead the words “ Thirty dollars ”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2.) the words “ Seven pounds seven shillings ” and inserting in their stead the words “ Twenty-five dollars ”.

(2.) The amendments made by the last preceding sub-regulation apply in relation to an attendance at a meeting of a Committee on the first day of July, 1965, or on any subsequent day.

2. The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
