Excise Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Excise Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2 February 1985.

Rate of rebate of duty in respect of diesel fuel

2. Regulation 52a of the Excise Regulations is amended by omitting “$0.07155” and substituting “$0.07341”.
