REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1976.*
The Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee having recommended to the Minister of State for Health under sub-section 101 (4) of the National Health Act 1953-1976 that the following drugs and medicinal preparations, namely the drugs and medicinal preparations specified in the Third Schedule to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations, as amended by the following Regulations, that had not previously been prescribed as pharmaceutical benefits, be prescribed as pharmaceutical benefit in accordance with section 85 of that Act, I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under that Act.

Amendments of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations†
Commencement.
1. Regulation 3 shall come into operation on 1 April 1976.
Repeal of regulation 19a.
2. Regulation 19a of the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations is repealed.
First Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules.
3. The First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Regulations are repealed and the following Schedules substituted:—
