Health Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Health Insurance Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 13 (Particulars to be recorded on accounts, receipts and bulk billing agreement)

2.1   Subregulation 13 (2):

Omit “paragraph (da) of the definition of “basic private table” or “basic table” in subsection 4 (1) of the National Health Act 1953:”, substitute “paragraph (ea) of Schedule 1 to the National Health Act 1953:”.
