This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003. The Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967 was repealed on 01/07/2008 however this instrument remains in force under the transitional provisions in clause 4 of schedule 6 to the Offshore Petroleum Act 2006.
