Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1. Commencement
1.1 These Regulations commence on 3 January 1995.
2. Amendment
2.1 The Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3. Regulation 5 (Prescribed offices and appointments for the purposes of paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Act)
3.1 Sub-subparagraph 5 (j) (i) (B):
Omit the sub-subparagraph , substitute:
“(B) the diligence and propriety with which officers of the Authority and Seaview Air discharged their respective responsibilities relating to the safety of Seaview Air operations; and”.
3.2 Subparagraph (5) (j) (ii):
Omit the subparagraph, substitute:
“(ii) the implications of the Commissioner’s findings, under subparagraph (i), and those of any other Commissioner appointed to inquire into the same matters, necessary to ensure total propriety in air safety administration.”.
