Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal:  see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48]

2.   Regulation 5 (Prescribed offices and appointments for the purposes of paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Act)

2.1   Add at the end:

 “(g) the office of Deputy Managing Director of the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation, being the office referred to in subsection 71 (3) of the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation Act 1991.”.

3.   Schedule 1 (Principal executive offices)

3.1  Items 7 and 8:

Omit the items.

3.2   Item 9:

Omit the item, substitute:

“9. Chief Executive of Commonwealth Serum Laboratories Limited

“9AA. Managing Director of the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation”.
