Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.

Part-time offices held by full-time officers

Regulation 6 of the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following sub-regulations:

“(10) The person who, on the day of commencement of this sub-regulation, holds on a full-time basis the office of State Manager, New South Wales of Commonwealth Accommodation and Catering Services Limited and holds on a part-time basis the office of Director of Commonwealth Accommodation and Catering Services Limited is, while holding the second-mentioned office, entitled to be paid in respect of the second-mentioned office the remuneration determined from time to time by the Remuneration Tribunal to be the remuneration to be paid to a person holding that office on a part-time basis.

“(11) Sub-regulation (6) shall come into operation on 1 July 1986.”.
