REGULATION UNDER THE REMUNERATION TRIBUNALS ACT 1973.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.

Amendment of the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations†

Regulation 5 of the Remuneration Tribunals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:—

Prescribed offices for the purposes of paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.

“5. Each of the following offices is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 3 (4) (v) of the Act:—

(a) the office of Inspector for the purposes of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904;

(b) the office of member of the Australian Statistics Advisory Council established under the Australian Bureau of Statistics Act 1975, being the office of a member referred to in paragraph 19 (1) (c) of that Act”.
