These regulations, as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 2 of the Defence Legislation Amendment (First Principles) Act 2015, have effect, immediately after that commencement, as if they had been made under the Defence Act 1903.
This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
