Control of Naval Waters Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Control of Naval Waters Act 1918.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Control of Naval Waters Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Removal from naval waters or the foreshore of naval waters

2.1 Paragraph 5 (a):

After “contravened”, insert “a notice under”.

2.2 Paragraph 5 (b):

After “contravened”, insert “a notice under”.
