Specialized Agencies (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Specialized Agencies (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48.]

2.   Regulation 9 (Privileges and immunities of persons performing missions for a Specialized Agency)

2.1   Paragraphs 9 (2) (e) and 8 (h):

Omit “Development.”, substitute “Development;”.

2.2   Subregulation 9 (2):

Add at the end:

 “(f) the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.”.

2.3   Subregulation 9 (8):

Add at the end:

 “(i) the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.”.

3.   Schedule (Specialized agencies—high officers)

3.1   Add at the end:
