1 Name of legislative instrument
This is the ASIC Corporations (Amendment and Repeal) Instrument 2023/694.
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3 Authority
This instrument is made under subsections 283GA(1), 601QA(1), 655A(1), 741(1), 926A(2), 992B(1), 1020F(1) and 1100ZK(2) of the Corporations Act 2001.
4 Schedules
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Omit all the words after “published”, substitute:
on its website:
(a) a notice that it will rely on ASIC Class Order [CO 13/655]; or
(b) a notice that it will rely on ASIC Corporations (Discretions for Setting the Issue Price and Withdrawal Price of Interests in Managed Investment Schemes) Instrument 2023/693.
