1  Name

                   This instrument is the Therapeutic Goods (Standard for Menstrual Cups) Amendment Order 2023.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Therapeutic Goods (Standard for Menstrual Cups) Order 2018

1  Subsection 1(1)

After “(Standard for Menstrual Cups)”, insert “(TGO 99)”.

2  Subparagraph 10(1)(b)(ii)

Omit “8 hours”, substitute “12 hours”.
