This instrument amends the National Health (Price and Special Patient Contribution) Determination 2022 (PB 98 of 2022) to increase existing brand premiums for specified drugs, implement a new brand premium for one pharmaceutical item, remove one brand premium from one pharmaceutical item, and remove three pharmaceutical items with brand premiums that are delisting from the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme on 1 June 2023.
