This instrument amends multiple instruments to repeal the scheme for model aircraft registration and model aircraft operator accreditation. This instrument also amends the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 to address comments of the Senate Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation.
