This instrument amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) (Conditions of approval for approved pharmacists) Determination 2017 to set out the conditions for which approved pharmacists must comply in supplying pharmaceutical benefits, in addition to the conditions specified in subsection 92A(1) of the National Health Act 1953. This instrument also makes consequential amendments to various special arrangement instruments.
