This determination repeals the Biosecurity (Entry Requirements—Human Coronavirus with Pandemic Potential) Determination 2023 and removes the requirement to provide proof of a negative test for COVID-19 for passengers boarding a flight from the People's Republic of China or the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong or Macau entering into Australian territory on or after the beginning of 11 March 2023.

1  Name

                   This instrument is the Biosecurity (Entry Requirements—Human Coronavirus with Pandemic Potential) Repeal Determination 2023.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
