This instrument is the Higher Education Support Provider Approval (Study Group Australia Pty Limited) Revocation 2023.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3 Authority
This instrument is made under section 22-2 of the Act.
4 Definition
In this instrument:
Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
5 Notice of Revocation
(1) The approval of Study Group Australia Pty Limited (ACN 070 919 327) as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with subsection 22-2(1) of the Act.
(2) The Higher Education Provider Approval No. 1 of 2011 (F2011L00181) is repealed.
