3             Commencement

The variation commences on the date of gazettal.

[1]           Subsection S18—9(3) (table)

              Insert:

α-Amylase (EC 3.2.1.1) sourced from Bacillus licheniformis containing the α-amylase gene from Cytophaga species

For use in:

(a)          brewing;

(b)          the production of potable alcohol;    and

(c)          starch processing.
