Determinations/Health as amended, taking into account amendments up to National Health (Price and Special Patient Contribution) Amendment Determination 2023 (No. 3)

This instrument repeals the National Health (Price and Special Patient Contribution) Determination 2021 and determines prices and claimed prices by reference to the pricing and pack quantity of listed brands of pharmaceutical items, and the circumstances in which the Commonwealth pays the special patient contribution for the brands of pharmaceutical item.
