This instrument amends the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse (Funders of Last Resort) Declaration 2019 to declare 10 defunct institutions to be listed for the purposes of section 164A of the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Act 2018.
