This instrument amends the Export Control (Tariff Rate Quotas—General) Rules 2021 and the Export Control (Tariff Rate Quotas—Sheepmeat and Goatmeat Export to the European Union and United Kingdom) Rules 2021 to provide for tariff rate quotas for the export of certain goods from Australia to the United Kingdom or India to prepare for the anticipated entry into force of the Australia UK Free Trade Agreement and the India Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement.
