This instrument repeals the Marine Order 52 (Yachts and training vessels) 2016 and provides for the survey, maintenance and certification of yachts and training vessels and prescribes compliance with Part A of the Red Ensign Group Yacht Code as modified for Australia for yachts over 24 metres in length.
