This instrument proposes alterations to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 and Notice of Intention to Propose Customs Tariff Alterations (No. 4) 2022 (applies retrospectively). This has the effect of ensuring the specified tariff concessions continue to apply to the same goods in the same manner for as long as the additional duty is applied.
