1  Name

                   This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 10) 2022.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

                   This instrument is made under subsections 5(2A) and 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

(a) an additional fixed loading of $60,000 per year for the initial term of his appointment, beginning on 6 October 2022 and ending on 5 October 2027; and

(b) an additional fixed loading of $28,460 for the period beginning on 6 October 2022 and ending on 5 October 2023.
