1 Name
This instrument is the Competition and Consumer (Industry Code—Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat)) Amendment (Review) Regulations 2022.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

1 Subsection 5(2)
Omit “the commencement of this section”, substitute “the amendment of this section by the Competition and Consumer (Industry Code—Port Terminal Access (Bulk Wheat)) Amendment (Review) Regulations 2022”.
2 Section 6
Repeal the section.
