This instrument amends the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Rules (No. 2) 2022 to update the list of the kinds of prostheses for which a benefit must be paid where the prosthesis is provided in the conditions and circumstances specified in the Private Health Insurance Act 2007, and sets out the minimum benefits payable and, where applicable, the maximum benefit payable.

1  Name

                   This instrument is the Private Health Insurance (Prostheses) Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2022.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.
