This instrument amends the Migration Regulations 1994 to provide concessions under the Working Holiday Maker program for visa applicants in Australia whose stay has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, support Australia’s bilateral agreements with other States, and ensure procedural fairness for employers being considered for exclusion from the program.
