This instrument amends the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990, the Narcotic Drugs Regulation 2018 and the Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002, to support the safe use of extemporaneously-compounded medicinal cannabis products in Australia and make a small number of more minor amendments.
