Regulations as amended, taking into account amendments up to Transport Security Legislation Amendment (Serious Crime) Regulations 2022

These regulations replace the AusCheck Regulations 2007, which will automatically repeal (sunset) on 1 October 2017, and ensure that the AusCheck scheme continues to operate. These regulations have been remade with substantially the same effect as the AusCheck Regulations 2007 with amendments to provide greater clarity and consistency.
