This instrument amends the Standard No.1 of 2016 The Setting of Interchange Fees in the Designated Credit Card Schemes and Net Payments to Issuers to give effect to certain policy decisions of the Payments System Board following a comprehensive Review of Retail Payments Regulation, which will contribute to a more efficient and competitive payments system.
