Part 1—Preliminary

1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) Repeal Instrument 2021/773.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the later of:

(a)     11 October 2021; and

(b)     20 business days after the day this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Note:    The register may be accessed at www.legislation.gov.au.

3        Authority

This instrument is made under subrule 6.2.1(4) of the ASIC Market Integrity Rules (Securities Markets) 2017 (Rules). 

4        Schedule

Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.
