This instrument determines what is meant by an unacceptable level of interference in relation to a radiocommunications transmitter operated under a spectrum licence issued in the 850/900 MHz band. It also revokes the Radiocommunications (Unacceptable Levels of Interference - 800 MHz Band) Determination 2012.
