This instrument amends multiple instruments to provide for improvements to the Home Care Packages Program administration arrangements of paying home care subsidies to approved providers. It supports the implementation of changes made by the Aged Care Legislation Amendment (Improved Home Care Payment Administration No.2) Act 2021.
