 (sterile Codling Moth) Instrument 2021

 

I, Sussan Ley, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to subparagraph 303EC(1)(a)(i) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, and having considered a report under paragraph 303EC(5)(a) of that Act, make the following amendment to Part 1 by including in the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import (29/11/2001) under the heading Invertebrate Animals, Phylum: Arthropoda (Arthropods), Class: Insecta in the appropriate alphabetic position:
