This instrument amends the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (No.2) 2018 to exclude advertisements made within the terms of the Therapeutic Goods (Restricted Representations—COVID-19 Vaccines) Permission 2021 (as in force or existing on 5 June 2021).
