1          Name of Instrument

(1)          This Instrument is the National Health (Commonwealth Price and Conditions for Commonwealth Payments for Supply of Pharmaceutical Benefits) Amendment Determination 2021 (No. 4).

(2)          This Instrument may also be cited as PB 48 of 2021.

2          Commencement

This Instrument commences on 1 June 2021.

3          Amendments to National Health (Commonwealth Price and Conditions for Commonwealth Payments for Supply of Pharmaceutical Benefits) Determination 2019

Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Commonwealth Price and Conditions for Commonwealth Payments for Supply of Pharmaceutical Benefits) Determination 2019.

[1]        Schedule 4, after entry for Beclometasone with formoterol

insert:

Beclometasone with formoterol and glycopyrronium

Pressurised inhalation containing beclometasone dipropionate 100 micrograms with formoterol fumarate dihydrate 6 micrograms and glycopyrronium 10 micrograms (as bromide) per dose, 120 doses
