This List is the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 List 2003 (No. 2).

 

2                      Commencement

This List commences on gazettal.

3                      Persons, entities and assets

For subsection 15(1) of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945, the entity in Schedule 1 is listed.

Note  Under subregulation 6 (1) of the Charter of the United Nations (Terrorism and Dealings with Assets) Regulations 2002, the Minister must be satisfied that the person or entity is mentioned in paragraph 1 (c) of Resolution 1373 (2001) of the Security Council of the United Nations.
