1  Name

                   This instrument is the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Amendment (Register Information) Regulations 2021.

2  Commencement

             (1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1.  The whole of this instrument

The day after the end of the period of 3 months beginning on the day this instrument is registered.

                   This instrument is made under the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012.

                   Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1  Section 40.1 (at the end of the table)

Add:

For each entry on the Transparency Register (within the meaning of Part XX of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918) that relates to a registered entity—an electronic link to the part or parts of the website of the Transparency Register that make information contained in the entry publicly available.

The Commissioner is satisfied that the Transparency Register contains the entry.
