This instrument replaces the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery and Small Pelagic Fishery (Closures) Direction 2016, and applies to all Statutory Fishing Right holders in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery and the Small Pelagic Fishery and those operating on behalf of these concession holders.
