This instrument amends the List of CITES Species for the Purposes of the Act (29/11/2001) established under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (the Convention) to update the list of CITES species in Appendix III in relation to the Convention’s Notification to the Parties 2020/068.
