                This Specification is the Social and Community Services Pay Equity Special Account (National Legal Assistance Partnership) Specification 2021.

2              Commencement

                This Specification commences on the day immediately after the last day on which a resolution referred to in subsection 9(2) of the Social and Community Services Pay Equity Special Account Act 2012 could have been passed.

3              Authority

                This Specification is made under subsection 8(7) of the Social and Community Services Pay Equity Special Account Act 2012.

4              Schedule

                Schedule 1 modifies the Social and Community Services Pay Equity Special Account Act 2012.
