Regulations as amended, taking into account amendments up to Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Deregulation and Other Measures) Regulations 2021

These regulations replace the Education Services for Overseas Students Regulations 2001, which will sunset on 1 October 2019. A small number of additional provisions have been inserted into these regulations to give effect to the implementation of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training for Overseas Students 2018, and the commencement of the Education Legislation Amendment (Provider Integrity and Other Measures) Act 2017.
